The fleet is certified according to NYTEK23 and NS9415:2021 up to Hs 6m and Vc 1.2m/s or Hs 4m and Vc 1.5m/s for safe operation in even the harshest locations. To secure all cabinets against wind, sea spray, waves and icing, we have chosen to make a housing in HDPE with doors that shield the additional equipment from external stresses.

Our Service raft 6x4.4m is specially designed to meet the needs of modern aquaculture facilities. It is built in HDPE material, which provides high resistance to corrosion, fouling and harsh weather conditions. This raft has been analyzed by Aquastructures with various wave and current conditions, and is approved according to NYTEK23 and NS9415:2021 to Hs=4m Vc=1.5m/s or Hs=6m Vc=1.2m/s.

Development of the service raft

The service raft has been developed in close collaboration with customers to ensure that it meets real needs in daily operations. Organization of feed hoses through the service raft and strong mooring bollards ensure easy access by boat. The pictured raft below (V1) also has an antenna mount combined as a tow pipe, and a flexible pipe connection for dead fish collection.

The use of submersible cages is growing rapidly in the aquaculture industry, and there are increasingly higher demands on flexibility and safety in the associated equipment. Our certified 6x4.4m service raft is particularly well suited as a support function for operation with submersible cages.

By moving additional equipment such as power distribution, camera monitoring, oxygen distributors, air systems and sensor technology from the cage to a separate raft, the load and complexity directly on the cage structure is reduced. This makes it easier to lower and raise the cages, while at the same time significantly simplifying maintenance and control of technical equipment.

The service raft contributes to increased safety and overview, and enables the operation of submersible cages in a more efficient and structured way - regardless of location. With its high buoyancy, solid construction and adaptability, this is an ideal solution for modern and future-oriented aquaculture.

The raft is designed for maximum flexibility in cable management. Customers can choose between traditional routing in pulling pipes (Ø90/Ø140 mm), or exposed submarine cables that are easily pulled up via four dedicated pipes in the center well. Integrated strain reliefs provide safe and gentle insertion, making the raft ideal both in locations with strong currents and in more protected facilities
