Acid pump with dosing system 17 l/min

The dosing system provides safe and accurate addition of liquids – such as silage or additives – and is ideal for larger facilities and demanding operating environments.

With the MP17 package you get a complete dosing system based on a diaphragm pump with a capacity of up to approx. 17 l/minute. The system includes, among other things, a digital flowmeter, solenoid valve and filter, and is designed for precise control over the addition quantities – an important factor for both quality and HSE in operation.

The MP17 set can be delivered in different variants – for example, only the dosing system without a housing (art. no. 0693), or mounted in an HDPE housing (art. no. 0714). In addition, there are options such as a suction pipe for IBC or 200 L drums, and a double acid hose if pipe-in-pipe is required.

You get a solution that is well suited for use in storage tanks or IBC containers, where accuracy, operational reliability and safety are crucial. The pump's diaphragm principle provides high capacity and good working pressure, while the system is easy to maintain.
