Set with sieve shaker, scale, and case

A complete kit for analyzing dust and debris in fish feed from pellet size 5 to 12 mm. Developed together with farmers who want reliable control of feed quality – both on land and on feed barges. Supplied with stainless steel sifters, battery-operated scale and robust case with CNC-milled foam insert for safe transport and storage.

The set provides an accurate basis for assessing the mechanical strength and dust content of the feed – important parameters for good feed utilization, water quality and stable operation in the facility.

Dust and crushed material are not eaten by the fish and therefore represent reduced feed efficiency and possible nutrient runoff.

All components have been selected for precision, operational reliability and ease of use in both the field and laboratory environment.

The sieves are supplied in stainless steel, Ø200 mm, with the following openings:

2.36 mm – for dust

4.00 mm – for pellets 5 mm

5.60 mm – for pellets 7 mm

7.10 mm – for pellets 9 mm

9.50 mm – for pellets 12 mm

Variants

Precision scale 3.2 kg (0.01 g graduation)

This scale provides high precision and is ideal for use on land and in stable environments. The high sensitivity may make it less suitable for use on moving surfaces, such as feed rafts or boats, where wave motion affects the reading.

The scale can be operated with 4 C batteries (not included) or connected to 230 V.

Supplied in an impact-resistant plastic case with CNC-milled foam insert. External dimensions approx. 46 × 36 × 18 cm.

Check weight 15 kg (2 g graduation)

This scale is more stable when moving and is well suited for use in the field, for example on rafts. Even with coarser graduation, it gives reliable results under practical operating conditions.

Supplied with rechargeable battery and can also be operated directly on 230 V.
